Steven worked for Immigration New Zealand for more than 15 years across various roles, including processing, compliance, verification and risk management. During this time he processed almost every type of visa imaginable, including Section 61 requests, worked in deportations, gave input into policy development and worked on the development of INZ’s risk management framework.
